..Mesa Falls..

So today we got to go to my close friend from high schools mission farwell and afterwards we took a drive up to mesa falls. it was a beautiful day! perfect day to take a nice little drive and see mesa falls! i love my husband :)

Montana Whitewater Vaca!

So this last weekend me, caleb, my brother and his wife and then my mom dad and siblings got to go to Montana for a little weekend vaca which was absolutely SO much fun! we started out by leaving Friday at 8 a.m. we drove about 3 hours to...uh...somewhere in monana..i honestly dont know where in montana we were...anyways. we drove to the Lewis and Clark Caverns. When we got there we were scheduled for the next group to head out. so when the time arrived, we hiked up about a mile in scorching heat to where the cave was. we went through the cave which took quite a while! it was SO fascinating and hundreds of stairs to climb and go down. a  slide and crouching down low to get through tight places. it was so neat! after we got out of the cave we hiked back to the gift shop and browsed through there. i got a new key chain to add to my key chain collection which is getting pretty large might i add. we then had a picnik in the shade on some not so watered grass. then we drove about another couple hours to our campsite. set up camp and made tinfoil dinners and made scones. and to be honest we were pretty wiped out and were in bed by 10. That next morning was when the fun began! we woke up early that morning and made some breakfast and then headed about 5 minutes away from our campsite to Montana Whitewater! We first went Ziplineing which was SOOOOOO much fun!!! omg it was so so fun! we geared up and headed a few miles down to where the lines were. we had a little lesson and then headed to where you were hooked up to a line at all times. walked up crickety bridges and then the rush of adrenaline hits ya! its scary that first jump but so fun! there were 3 lines total and 2 of the lines were across the beautiful river. anyways. after the joy of that we rode back to the site and geared up to go white water rafting! and that was seriously so much fun! our guide was funny and we all had a great time! after rafting we got pictures and headed back to camp and had tacos, roasted starbursts and smore's. and once again we were beat! so we headed to bed and slept in and then had breakfast and packed up everything and headed home. boy this was such a fun trip. so nice to get away from your worries in life and just have some fun. i think everybody needs times like these. I love camping and everything but i do love myself a bathroom with lights, a toilet that flushes, a house with heat, a shower and soap. ha i love my husband, and i love  my family. and if it werent for them i wouldnt get opportunities like i get. and im warning you now for picture overload!! sorry they are somewhat out of order. too many to go and try to fix to get in order. lol enjoy!
