midnight mcdonalds run

So me and Caleb have started this mcdonalds tradition. Most every Monday morning at midnight we make a run to mcdonalds. but it has to midnight because anything before that would be naughty. Ha! and i am not even a fan of mcdonalds. but i do know that i wont pass up a mcflurry and french fries :) and i love the small things that me and caleb do. its like we look forward for it. I love sundays :) and caleb :)

Happy birthday to me! Yesterday that is...It was a good day. nothing fancy fancy. At work they give you the day off. so i didnt have work. i sort of slept in (there was someone putting carpet in upstairs and hammering away at like 7:30 in the a.m.) so i dozed in and out for hours. i pretty much hung out. opened my present from caleb (which i LOOOOVVEEE) then we went grocery shopping haha then went to the Hickory for lunch. and that was just how i wanted it. im such a home body and prefer to just hang out with caleb and do pretty much a whole lot of nothing!

So the present caleb gave me meant so much to me and thats why i love it so much. its a music/jewelry box. and there is a message from him that is engraved on the top. and i wish the picture could show how pretty it is! but yes. something i will forever cherish. I love Caleb and was happy i could laugh with him allllll day :)

So my hobby continues to grow and im loving it more and more! tonight while i was at my parents i was able to do a small photoshoot of my sweet nephew! I dont have a fancy camera nor do i have all the cute props, but this is a start to see if its something i could even go for! Im seriously thinkin about doing some photography on the side because i love doing it! anyways, here are some of this precious babe!

4th of July, baby

4th of July is probably one of my favorite holidays! its the day i officially got engaged. So it brings back lots of great memories. This year was eh...ok. not the funnest ive had. I felt sick pretty much all day. That morning i was in the parade with Tamis Salon. i rode the fourwheeler and threw candy and otter pops. Caleb had to cook at the park so we didnt get to see eachother till that evening. After the parade was over i was nooott feelin to good. so i went to my parents house to have some company instead of being home alone and i ended up falling asleep for like the whole day. finally caleb was done, he picked me up and we went home. and then when it got dark we walked outside where people were lighting off fireworks everywhere. we just watched the ones we could see. I didnt feel well enough to go anywhere and we're simply too poor to buy any to light off ourselves. So after that, i went inside and went to bed cause i had work early the next morning. so yeah. not the funnest. hopeing for a better day next year.

Fri the 5th was a good day because FINALLY my brother and his wife had their baby! i was able to get off work a couple hours early and went to IF with my family to go meet our new nephew! and to be quite honest it was seriously the best experience ever. i got a bit emotional. its amazing how a precious baby can affect someone. or maybe its just me.....idk. all i know is that i couldnt stop lovin on him! i seriously want one more than anything right now. i dont care about a nice house or lots of money or the perfect baby room, i just simply want a baby. im so happy for them! 

So apparently its some tradition in my sister in laws family to name the baby after the husbands grandpa..somethin...somethin...so his name is Arlen Brent Luthy. He was 6 lbs 12 oz and 20 in long. Hes got a full head of dark hair and its healthy and perfect! 

girl problems, Parker, and wedding

so lately ive been thinkin about how much im not loving my hair. Thats one of my biggest girl problems i have. i hate that where its been so freakin hot, i sweat cause my hair is hot, weird, but true. our house is so humid with no ac so my hair has just been going wavy and frizzy right after i straighten it, and my health causes my scalp to be soooo tender so it hurts to tease my hair. so i got lookin online to see what new hairstyle i should do and i kept coming upon these pixie cuts. seriously? what was i thinking? i told myself i never would go that short. but people kept talking me into it until i said..fine whatever. its  only hair and it grows back!......thank goodness hair grows back...i went in yesterday and had my hair chopped annnndd.....thank goodness hair grows back. ha ha oh well. whats done is done. i think i will just hide for the next 6 months till some of my hair grows back. i must say though, its SOOO much cooler! who knew! and it takes like seriously 5 min to do and when the wind is blowing or im riding the motorcycle, NO hair gets in my eyes and face. its awesome! so i guess till my hair grows back i will just try to rock it! i can officially say i have pretty much had every hairstyle/hair color out there!

Caleb's sister Amy had her baby yesterday! nephew #8! Parker Kade Raymond has officially joined the family. so exciting!

And last friday and saturday was Calebs brother Jasons wedding. both days were high 90s low 100s with not an ounce of breeze or a single cloud in the sky. hot hot hot. but the wedding was beautiful. I love being able to go through the temple with caleb and seeing how awesome it is to watch a sealing.
