New Craft!

So Caleb has known that i have been wanting tiles to do crafts with. so he found some brand spankin new ones at this one store in IF (cant remember what its called) for only 10 cents a piece! so he got me 10 of them for only a buck! so i went and printed out some pictures we took a couple weeks ago and made myself a craft tonight. It was fun to make but now that i made it, im in a pickle. does anyone know how you could hang a tile on a wall without super glueing it to the wall? Its not my house and i cant ruin the walls. anyways, if you figure out a way let me know! here it is :) i am pleased!

Christmas!

Christmas Eve-The usual tradition, we went over to my grandparents house and listened to my grandparents stories from their past, opened our presents that my grandma always sews for us, which was a really nice blanket :) and then of coarse root beer floats!

Christmas Day-Went out to my parents and spent alll day out there which was so nice! christmas just isnt the same that it used to be. but, i still love it and its my favorite holiday. My parents got me and Caleb a new 8 man tent and matching sleeping bags! now me and caleb are so ready to go camping. bring on the sunshine babay!! My brother and his wife gave us two free movie tickets from Fat Catz and candy and popcorn movie night bowl thing. We now have a free date! yes! There was good food and taking naps and spending time with the familia.

Monday-Caleb's mom had to work christmas so with his family we celebrated it on monday! so chaotic with all the nephews running around. i was glad when it was over. haha but his grandma gave us some new towels and some cash. (I swear that lady is loaded with money and has a stash somewhere. She whips out money like its candy!!) And then Caleb's brother Jason and his wife Melissa had us for christmas, so we got a hot chocolate maker and a small sewing kit and some new hot pads. And then from his mom she gave us a donut maker! I feel so spoiled from his family! there are always so many presents on that side of the family. and i couldnt help but laugh cause seriously every one of the nephews kept coming up and thanking me for the presents when i didnt buy one for any one of them. i think they get the whole aunt Shalei and aunt steph name confused. haha anyways. we had a great holiday and i hope you guys did too! unfortunately i dont have a single picture :( now, to take down the christmas tree and christmas decorations...sigh....

Christmas Photos!!

So like since last September i was SO excited to get our christmas photos done and sent out. one problem. there had to be snow in the pictures and as we all know, there isnt much of that here in rexburg. so i figured we would take a drive up to island park and get our pictures done there. which turned out to be a sorta boring day. I just had my sister Shandell take them and then when i got home i edited them. They are all black and white because i am going to make a suuuupppeer cute craft with them and they all needed to be black and white. They never turn out as they do in my head but i still think they turned out pretty cute. im not gonna put all of them on here but here is a little sneak peek! :)

I think Christmas came a little early this year..

So tonight, me and Caleb were on our date night and we had gone to New Fongs where my sister now waitresses there and as usual it was fantastic! But as we were sitting there we just kept saying how much we love christmas and how bad we have been wanting to open our presents we got eachother. ha so we were like eh! what the heck! So before we went home we ran to broulims and got a box of doughnuts and headed home to open presents. Caleb knows what one of his presents is but it is still being shipped over seas right now. so he only had one to open tonight :( but he's such a good sport about everything and simply couldnt care :) oh can i just say i have one amazing husband. I wouldnt trade him for this whole entire world. he is just so perfect for me :) anyways, here are pictures of our night!

Dadios birthday!!

Yesterday was my dad's birthday! so, to celebrate, the family surprised him with some delicious Texas Roadhouse :) there is never a dull moment with the Luthy fam is around thats for sure. Dad was constantly throwing peanuts and trying to throw them into our glasses. he threw one at shandell and it went down her shirt. haha oh such a funny man. anyways. here are some pictures!
